I embarked on designing a user-centered website for Corporeal Letters, addressing their key challenges. I approached the project systematically, starting with research and analysis to define the primary usability issues and user pain points. Using problem-solving frameworks as a foundation, I created a prototype that focused on functionality and user flow. Through this iterative process, I achieved a refined design with a 90% satisfaction rate among users.
At-a-Glance
I worked for GRAFFIKA as a UI-UX designer from June to October 2023. Main goal was to design a high-quality webflow to present the professional services of corporeal letters’ company. The project was done in two rounds of wireframing, prototyping, and testing. In four months. I delivered a complete set of design, including tablet and mobile versions of site, and a design system.
Problem statement
Corporeal Letters’ website needs major UX improvements to resolve usability issues, boost engagement, and deliver a more accessible, personalized stationery experience for its diverse customers.
Solution
I worked with Graffika’s founders to understand the values of the company and its strong traits for this specific field, which could help to highlight, why costumers should choose Graffika. The website had to demonstrate technological effectiveness, modernity of the brand and be comfortable in using.
User Research
I conducted guided user research sessions and gathered user feedback, which we then integrated into the development of user personas. For example, our persona Sarah is frustrated about limited budget and decision making. It's difficult for her to choose suitable singage for her business.

Sketches
The process below begins with my initial ideas wireframes, then moves to mockups, and finally to the high-fidelity prototype. In this simple version, you can see how the I approach solves the user needs.

Usability Study
Unmoderated usability study; location: Spain (each participant will complete their study at home); sessions will take place on 20-24 th of June 2023 (normal business hours); sessions’ length: 10-15 minutes.
10 participants: active people; small/moderate bussiness owners; maybe busy people, who
are interested in finding good signage solurtions for their bussiness; 7 males and 3 females aged from 18 to 45.
Low-Fidelity Prototype
I created a low-fi prototype for the Graffika project to focus on defining the core user flows and functionality before diving into detailed visuals. This approach allowed for rapid iteration, clear communication with stakeholders, and early identification of potential usability issues, ensuring a solid foundation for the final design.
